PDFs are one of the most common file formats for sharing information—particularly text based information—however it is largely a read only format. PDF to Text Converter Expert changes that by converting PDF files into an editable format. Batch conversion is supported, allowing for the conversion of multiple files in one function for convenience. There is also drag and drop capability, and conversions can be limited to a specific range of pages, rather than the whole PDF document. Password protected PDFs can not be converted without the password, of course. The app will allow you to preview any PDF files you're about to convert before hand.
Does the Job
The app is far from perfect, but it does the job. The conversion process doesn't always yield ideal results. For example, tabulated data can cause issues, and depending on the quality of the PDF, the conversion is not always accurate. It should also be noted that particularly complex documents can cause the app to throw up errors.
